Step 1. Baseline
TEST - Baseline and track your age-markers through medical, home, and alternative medicine techniques.  Baseline your important markers while you're young and healthy so that we know where to restore the optimum later in life.
 
Step 2. Do it!
The goal is to achieve your IDEAL WEIGHT and your much healthier and younger body and mind. Follow the 6 YBM LIfe modules:

DIET - The only optimized diet combining low GI, alkaline forming, raw, nutrition dense, and supplements.

CALORIC RESTRICTION - Achieve the most efficient metabolism.

EXERCISES - The goal is to enhance cardiovascular and respiriatory function, maintain flexibility, and resistance training (for muscles, tendons, bones health), rather than creating damage through sports or purely for the purpose of burning calories.

STRESS - Eliminated by effective meditation and change of life views.

HORMONES - Keep young through Taoist Sexual Chi-gong, herbal hormone therapy, and bioidentical hormone replacement.

LOOK - Keep young through cosmetics, fashion, and mindset.

 

Step 3. Annual TEST and Optimization
